Question: I cannot make it to my loved ones grave on a regular basis, what service do you recommend.
Answer: We get this call often and depending on your budget we can do a yearly visit with a complementary touch up. We can visit every holiday place flowers, clean up and send you pictures or you can enroll in one of our reoccurring plans.
Question: Who uses Plots of Love Cemetery Services?
Answer: The majority of our customers are folks who do not live within a reasonable traveling distance of their deceased loved ones. Many of our customers find it difficult to be in a cemetery or graveyard environment. We also have many customers with such busy and hectic lifestyles it is easier for them to have us maintain and take care of their loved ones grave sites.
Question: I was under the impression that the cemetery was responsible for the condition of my loved ones grave?
Answer: In most cases the cemeteries have a responsibility to keep up the general condition of the cemetery grounds, this includes trimming around trees, grass cutting, trash removal, weeding and overall general upkeep. The condition of your loved ones head stone/grave/marker/monument is the responsibility of the family/friends of the deceased. That's where we come into the picture, if you cannot make it to the site we can inspect and properly maintain the site for you.
Question: We are not sure about the exact location of our loved one, can you still help us?
Answer: We feel confident in our work and our ability to navigate our way around cemeteries in locating our clients loved ones. Over the years we have also established great relationships with the cemeteries and the staff we service. While sometimes a remote gravesite or distant cemetery might cause us trouble in locating your loved one, we feel confident in saying 95% of the time we will find your loved ones gravesite. We make every attempt to find your loved one’s final resting place, in the event the gravesite cannot be found, we will contact you for further instructions. The more information you can provide to us the better.

Question: How do we receive our photographs taken by Plots of Love?
Answer: We offer multiple channels of delivery for your loved ones photos. We can create a site for you within our website so you and your family can all view the pictures. We will send you the link via email, phone or snail mail if you wish.
We can physically mail you the pictures via USPS.
We can also email you the pictures to you and your family.
